Legal Review Notice (Draft Terms): These Terms and Conditions reflect the actual features, wallet model, and safety mechanisms of the OurMatrimony Android application and website. They are designated as a draft requiring formal legal review prior to commercial production release.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OurMatrimony website (https://ourmatrimony.com) or downloading and registering on the OurMatrimony Android application (operated by STARHULKS), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility & Lawful Matrimonial Intent

You must be an adult of legal marriageable age (at least 18 years of age for women and 21 years of age for men under applicable Indian laws).
You must be legally single (never married, legally divorced, or widowed) and using the platform solely for genuine matrimonial discovery—either for yourself or on behalf of an immediate family member with their explicit consent.
Casual dating, commercial solicitation, escort services, or fraudulent misrepresentation are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Profile Accuracy

Accounts are authenticated via a 10-digit Indian mobile number (+91) and SMS OTP. You agree to provide truthful, current, and accurate details regarding your name, age, marital status, education, occupation, family background, and horoscope details, and to upload only genuine photographs of the prospective bride or groom.

4. Optional Identity Verification & Independent Due Diligence

OurMatrimony provides an optional Aadhaar OTP KYC verification feature (powered by Digio) that checks a member's Name and Date of Birth to award a Verified badge. Because verification is optional and covers specific identity fields, OurMatrimony does not guarantee the accuracy of every user's background, marital status, income, or character. Users and their families are solely responsible for conducting independent background verification before making matrimonial decisions.

5. Pay-As-You-Go Wallet & Payments

Downloading the app, registering, creating a profile, and browsing summary feeds are free.
Certain actions—such as unlocking full profile details, revealing verified contact numbers, generating detailed 36-point Vedic horoscope reports, requesting locked photos, or sending chat messages—require in-app wallet credits.
Wallet top-ups are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Promotional or Refer & Earn bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
If a technical failure prevents a paid recharge from crediting your wallet, contact starhulksofficial@gmail.com with your Razorpay transaction reference for prompt resolution.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that engages in harassment, impersonation, uploading another person's photos without authorization, attempting to bypass chat anti-spam filters, or soliciting money/financial assistance from other members.

7. No Guarantee of Matchmaking Outcome

OurMatrimony is a technology platform that facilitates matrimonial profile discovery and communication. We do not guarantee that using the application or its 36-point Vedic AstroMatch calculator will result in a match, engagement, or marriage.
